eStatement Enrollment
eStatements—an electronic version of your paper statement. Using your current e-mail address, you will be notified via e-mail when your eStatement is ready and available to view, save, or print.
How it works
eStatements are sent the day after a statement is prepared through a secure web based delivery method that allows you to log on to a web site and retrieve your statement.
When first enrolling in eStatements, you will need to provide detailed information for one of your accounts which includes account number, account type, login ID, and amount of last deposit. Once you authenticate yourself to our system the first time, you will have the option to enroll other accounts that are associated with your banking relationship.
Your login ID is comprised of the first 4 characters of your last name combined with the last four digits of your social security number. You will have the choice to change this ID once you are enrolled in our system.
The account type represents the kind of account you are registering. Many customers have multiple checking and savings accounts tied to a combined statement. In registering your combined statement you would select “combined statement” as the account type and provide the amount of last deposit for your checking account which is set up as the lead account. If you are unsure of the account type of your statement, try enrolling using your main checking account and an account type of “checking” if you receive an error, try changing the account type to “combined statement”.
The amount of last deposit represents the combined amount of your deposits on your account from the previous business day.
For customers registering with a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or a Commercial Loan account they would use the original loan amount in the amount of last deposit field.
If you experience any problems in your registration process please feel free to contact our Electronic Banking Customer Service Department at 563-584-2563.
