We’re proud to call Montana home, providing financial products and services our customers value to help this great state grow. Our unmatched dedication to community banking and customer service helped make us one of the nation’s top 100 banking organizations again this year.
As part of giving back to the community, each employee is provided a paid day to volunteer at an organization of their choice. Additionally, Rocky Mountain Bank is involved with countless non-profit and community organizations helping to enhance the communities where we live and work. Our unmatched dedication to community banking and customer service is strengthened by our parent company, HTLF, a multi-billion dollar financial services company, and one of the nation’s top 100 banking organizations.

IMPACT at HTLF
Immersive Mentorship Program and Advanced Career Training
We take the best and the brightest early career professionals, provide them with fast-paced learning and growth experiences during a 12-month program, and place them into a full-time role within the area of their career aspirations at the end of the 12 months… if they rise to the occasion.
Nothing is given, it is earned in the IMPACT program. Participants who earn their placement in a full-time position move on to an accelerated career path that will culminate in a leadership position within 1-3 years. This is not an internship; this is a real job designed for high-potential individuals to achieve success in a managerial or leadership role with opportunities for rapid growth in our organization.
IMPACT program associates are not limited to a career in banking. Opportunities for placement are also available in other areas of interest such as Human Resources, Risk and Fraud, Project Management, and Information Technology.
In addition to the opportunity to grow with an expanding organization, we have built a robust program to attract, retain, and reward employees. Our Total Rewards program is a combination of compensation, healthcare insurance offerings, disability coverage, wellness programs, retirement and savings programs, as well as work/life balance programs that reward our team members for contributing to our success.
Rocky Mountain Bank provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, familial status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local.
