Scott Sehnert
Scott Sehnert is Market President/Executive Vice President at Rocky Mountain Bank and is located in Bozeman. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Bank in 2014, he held commercial banking positions in the Sioux City, IA and Tucson, AZ areas with a primary focus in middle market and corporate banking, specializing in high-tech, manufacturing, municipality and non-profit sectors, that included traditional banking, Treasury Management, wealth management, private banking and International banking services to businesses.


Scott has worked with many manufactures including value added food, livestock and grain trailer manufacturers, one of the nation’s largest ice cream producers, commercial bakeries in ice cream cone, ice cream sandwich, English muffin and Girl Scout cookie production, fertilizer and feed manufacturing; computers, research devices and many others.

Scott spent 3 years as Special Project Manager for a value-added food manufacturing company in South Dakota.

He is highly involved in community organizations currently serving as Chair of the Board for Montana Manufacturers Association and Treasurer on the Board of Governors for Leadership Montana, the Board for the Montana Manufacturers Association, Board of Directors for Prospera Business Network, Advisory Board for the Montana High Tech Business Alliance, and an Advisor on the District Export Council under the Department of Commerce. He is also 1 of 2 bankers in the State of Montana to be SME Lean Certified and works closely with the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center.

Bob Gieseke

Bob Gieseke, Commercial Banker, SVP, returned to Rocky Mountain Bank in 2018. Bob has extensive business background ranging from high-tech CRM software solutions sales, commercial real estate brokerage and commercial banking. His primary responsibilities include working with business clients with annual revenues of $5MM+ and finding solutions to address financial needs and meet business goals.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Management from Montana State University–Bozeman. In addition, he received formal credit training and sales training from multiple organizations in various industries throughout his professional career. As an active member of the community, Bob is an advisory board member of the Montana High-Tech Business Alliance, has been actively involved with the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, and achieved the Lean Bronze Certification from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
