Max E. Griffin Joins Rocky Mountain Bank Board of Directors

Rocky Mountain Bank announced that Max E. Griffin, Chief Executive Officer at Billings-based Griffin Development, has been elected to serve on its Board of Directors.

Billings, Montana – May 26, 2021 — “Max has proven to be a strategic, dedicated leader throughout his career,” Tod Petersen, President and CEO, Rocky Mountain Bank, said. “He aspires to create communities where people and businesses can thrive. His leadership will further support our bank in pursuing market opportunities and generating long-term value to our communities.”

Mr. Griffin is a member of the Historic Montana Avenue Association in Billings, Montana. His development company, Griffin Development received the Best Renovation Award in Billings in 2020. He and his wife Janine have operated several Billings-area businesses over the years. They founded Action Electric and own Central Wellness. Mr. Griffin attended Montana State University – Billings and resides in Billings, Montana with his wife.

Mr. Griffin will serve on Rocky Mountain Bank’s Board of Directors alongside Lynn B. Fuller, Tod Petersen, Gerald Pearsall, Catherine Bergman, Kevin Quinn, Pamela Mower, and Michael Johns.
